Il contributo analizza l’evoluzione della materia assistenza sociale nella Costituzione e nella legislazione statale. L’analisi passa poi a considerare quale sia stato il ruolo giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale nel determinare i contenuti, i limiti e i livelli essenziali dell’assistenza sociale anche rispetto ai rapporti tra Stato e Regioni ed ad ad una evoluzione da materia a politica multilevel.
The contribution analyses the evolution of social assistance in the Constitution and in state legislation. The analysis then goes on to consider what has been the role of the Constitutional Court in determining the content, the limits and essential levels of social assistance also with regard to the relations between State and Regions and to a development from a matter to multilevel policy.
