Il contributo affronta la problematica questione dell’identificazione del “popolo” dello Stato e del rapporto tra quest’ultimo ed il “territorio”, mettendo in evidenza il rischio che la “diversità culturale” da chiave di legittimazione dello stesso Stato composto possa tramutarsi in uno strumento diretto a recidere il legame di solidarietà tra i territori, favorendo le sottostanti rivendicazioni socio-economiche delle comunità.
The paper deals with the problematic question regarding the identification of the “people” of the State and the relationship between the State and the “territory”. It intends to highlight the risk that “cultural diversity”, rather than as legitimizing instrument for Federations, might be used as instrument to cut the bonds of solidarity between the territories, supporting the underlying socio-economic claims.
