L’autonomia speciale del Nord e quella delle Isole possono essere descritte come due mondi distinti. In particolare, le Regioni speciali del Sud non hanno saputo valorizzarla soprattutto sul terreno economico e della coesione sociale.
Questa distanza di risultati non mette, tuttavia, in discussione un’identità geografica del tutto non modificabile. Nonostante la doppia velocità di risultati tra il Nord e le Isole, il ddl. di revisione costituzionale del 2016 non cambia le autonomie speciali e ne riconosce il ruolo.
La nuova prospettiva dell’intesa rafforza entrambe le entità perché spetta allo Stato garantire le eguali opportunità di crescita a tutte le articolazioni della Repubblica.
The special autonomy of the North and the Islands can be described as two distinct worlds. In particular, the special Regions of the South have not been able to value it, above all in the economic field and social cohesion.
However, this distance of results has not questioned a totally not alterable geographical identity. Despite the double speed of results between the North and the Islands, the constitutional reform bill of 2016 does not change the special autonomy and recognizes its role.
The new understanding’s perspective reinforces both entities because it is for the State to guarantee the equal opportunities for growth in all sectors of the Republic.
